Due to the inherently instantaneous and irreversible nature of digital product fulfillment, all sales are considered final upon the successful granting of access. Nevertheless, Sellary maintains a structured dispute resolution framework to evaluate genuine grievances on a strict, case-by-case basis.

Eligible for Refund

  • ✓ Product significantly differs from description
  • ✓ File is corrupted or cannot be accessed
  • ✓ Download link is broken or expired
  • ✓ Duplicate charge for same product
  • ✓ Never received access after payment
  • ✓ Technical issue preventing access

Not Eligible for Refund

  • ✗ Changed mind after accessing
  • ✗ Didn't read product description
  • ✗ Already downloaded the content
  • ✗ Request after 7 days of purchase
  • ✗ Didn't like the product style
  • ✗ Found similar free content elsewhere

Equitable Relief & Partial Refunds

Under extenuating circumstances, Sellary reserves the absolute right to intermediate and propose a partial refund or equitable resolution if:

  • The defect materially affects only a specific, severable portion of the digital product.
  • The buyer has demonstrated significant, verifiable consumption of the functional portions of the content prior to raising a dispute.
  • An alternative resolution (such as product replacement or extended access) is deemed mutually beneficial and fair.

Creator Obligations

Creators are expected to:

  • Respond to buyer inquiries within 48 hours
  • Honor legitimate refund requests promptly
  • Provide accurate product descriptions

Note: Repeated refund requests for a creator's products may trigger account review.
