Due to the inherently instantaneous and irreversible nature of digital product fulfillment, all sales are considered final upon the successful granting of access. Nevertheless, Sellary maintains a structured dispute resolution framework to evaluate genuine grievances on a strict, case-by-case basis.

- ✓ File is corrupted or cannot be accessed
- ✓ Download link is broken or expired
- ✓ Duplicate charge for same product
- ✓ Never received access after payment
- ✓ Technical issue preventing access
Not Eligible for Refund
- ✗ Changed mind after accessing
- ✗ Didn't read product description
- ✗ Already downloaded the content
- ✗ Request after 7 days of purchase
- ✗ Didn't like the product style
- ✗ Found similar free content elsewhere

Reach out to the creator directly via their contact info. Most issues can be resolved quickly this way.
Include: Order ID, purchase email, and detailed reason for the refund request.
We review your request within 3-5 business days and communicate the decision.
Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.

Equitable Relief & Partial Refunds
Under extenuating circumstances, Sellary reserves the absolute right to intermediate and propose a partial refund or equitable resolution if:
- The defect materially affects only a specific, severable portion of the digital product.
- The buyer has demonstrated significant, verifiable consumption of the functional portions of the content prior to raising a dispute.
- An alternative resolution (such as product replacement or extended access) is deemed mutually beneficial and fair.
Creator Obligations
Creators are expected to:
- Respond to buyer inquiries within 48 hours
- Honor legitimate refund requests promptly
- Provide accurate product descriptions
Note: Repeated refund requests for a creator's products may trigger account review.
